EXPERIENCE
Mr. Barile joined the firm in 1988 and has more than 20 years experience of in depth experience in Mechanical Design. As Principal-In-Charge he oversees the planning, design, and construction of many of the firm’s projects. He directs a staff that includes professional engineers and CAD personnel who share his strict attention to detail. Responsible for client point of contact, HVAC design, coordination of trades, project tracking for time and budget, construction administration and management of production personnel Mr. Barile also leads the office in its commitment to sustainable design practices. Prior to joining Damiano Barile Engineers, P.C. Mr. Barile was a project manager with the firm of Syska and Hennessey in New York City.
