Mr. Gallagher joined the firm in 1992. He has more than 20 years experience in mechanical design. Prior to joining Damiano Barile Engineers, P.C. Mr. Gallagher was a project engineer with O’Dea & Associates supervising commercial projects such as AT&T, NY Telephone and Nynex. Mr. Gallagher serves as Principal-In-Charge and Project Manager on many of the firm’s projects. In 1999 he earned the position of Associate and in 2008 became a partner in the firm. Mr. Gallagher is the client point of contact and performs HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection design, construction administration, cost estimating, allocation of office work flow, and project coordination of all trades.
