EXPERIENCE

Mr. Damiano has a total of more than 40 years experience.  In addition to his extensive experience in public school work he has expertise in institutional, commercial, residential and industrial projects, which include HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical work.  Prior to forming the firm in 1972 Mr. Damiano was an Associate with Abrams-Moses-Solomon Consulting Engineers, responsible for the design and supervision of institutional and commercial projects in Westchester, New York City, Connecticut and New Jersey.  As Principal-In-Charge Mr. Damiano oversees projects and reviews design solutions.     He also serves as Project Manager and Project Engineer on many of the firm’s projects.  As a result his commitment to sound, practical engineering principles is a hallmark of the firm’s portfolio.
