This vital public project replaced an inefficient, dim, drafty energy hog with an extremely efficient, bright and welcoming sustainable building that will serve the local residents well for generations to come. The building features geothermal HVAC systems, high-efficiency lighting with automatic controls and an enhanced building envelope to minimize its impact on the environment.

An AIA award winning design, this project included the gut renovation of the existing library and an addition, which more than tripled the square footage of the building.

Among several projects we have completed for the library are alterations to Meeting Room areas, Infrastructure improvements and a creative renovation/expansion of the Children’s Library space.
