Constructed in 1981, this 6, 500 gsf building consists of two and a half floors of general office space. A gas-fired boiler, located in a basement boiler room, provides heat to the building. Perimeter terminal air conditioners (PTACs) with hot water heating coils are located under each window to provide individualized climate control, maximum layout flexibility and minimum floor space devoted to mechanical equipment. Common areas and the bottom level office space are treated with split-system air conditioning units located in the boiler room.
